LED edge lit markers are supplied for each station and light up when the station is available. The LED marker communicates its status wirelessly to the central computer. When all stations are in use, the Monitor displays "Please wait for the next the available representative." The CGS system knows when a station is in use by an Infrared Zone Scanner located in front of each station window. There is a built in delay after each customer walks away to allow the employee to complete the transaction. If the station employee requires more time they can idle their station using a switch on the station marker. Direct your customers to the next available station automatically and efficiently. Customers are directed via the Queue Monitor that can be located at the front of the line and can display user advertising and information for customers to read while they are waiting.
