Return Policy

Returns on standard products will gladly be accepted with an RMA number issued by Directional Systems. Please check chart below to determine restocking fees. If an item should arrive damaged, do not return damaged goods directly to the factory without prior approval. Please contact us immediately for an RMA number. All claims for loss or damage must be filed with the common carrier used for shipment.

For items under warranty, returns should be made after Directional Systems issues the RMA number. Directional Systems will make the shipping arrangements to return the item and pre-pay the freight. For returns not covered under warranty, customer should make arrangements for shipping the product back using the original cartons and pre-paying the freight. Always include the RMA number when returning the product.

For damaged shipments involving UPS, please keep the original packaging and notify us immediately for an RMA number. We will promptly contact UPS and arrange for damage inspection at your location. UPS will return shipments to us after inspection is complete.

For stock signs, in the box:

For used stock signs (or those without a box) and customer is purchasing a replacement:

If no replacement is purchased, a used stock sign cannot be returned.

Pricing Disclosure

With respect to items purchased on our website, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
