For damaged shipments involving UPS, please keep the original packaging and notify us immediately for an RMA number. We will promptly contact UPS and arrange for damage inspection at your location. UPS will return shipments to us after inspection is complete. If an item should arrive damaged, do not return damaged goods directly to the factory without prior approval. Please contact us immediately for an RMA number. All claims for loss or damage must be filed with the common carrier used for shipment.
