Customer Guidance System
Our new and exciting queuing system utilizes the most advanced technology to help guide customers to the next available window. The CGS system is a self-contained system and does not need to interface with your existing network, which will keep it secure. Our CGS system can be customized to fit any situation and is easily installed at your facility.

Help guide your customers to the proper teller with our Customer Guidance System. Our CGS system assists customers to the next available teller using our Queue Monitor and Backlit LED Markers. When all of the tellers are in use, the monitor will display "Please Wait Here For Next Available Teller" and will also rotate between advertisements and information about your facility. As tellers become available, the Queue Monitor will display "Proceed to Next Teller". You will see a hand pointing in the direction as well as which teller is available. The Backlit LED Marker at that teller station will illuminate to help guide the customer where to go.
