Customer Guidance System
Our new and exciting customer queuing system utilizes the most advanced technology to help guide customers to the next available window. The CGS system is self-contained and does not need to interface with your existing network, which will keep it secure. Our Customer Guidance System can be customized to fit any situation and is easily installed at your facility.

- Place your custom logo on the LED edge-lit signs at each station.
- Customize your own advertisements on the LCD monitor.
- Track the amount of time it takes an employee to conduct business at each window.
- Can be designed to work with any lobby application.
Guide your customers to the next available station, distributing work evenly and improving customer flow, using our Queue Monitor and Backlit LED Markers. When all of the stations are in use, the monitor will display "Please Wait Here For Next Available Station" and will also rotate between advertisements and information about your facility. As stations become available, the Queue Monitor will display "Proceed to Next Station". You will see an arrow pointing in the direction as well as the station number. The Backlit LED Marker at that station will illuminate to help guide the customer.
